Day 1: Allenby Bridge / Mt Nebo / Madaba / Petra Hotel
09:00 Your English speaking driver welcomes you at Allenby Bridge (Jordan side of the border). Visit Mt. Nebo the place where Prophet Moses gazed the Promised Land before he died. Enjoy the view of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land. Transfer to Madaba, where the oldest map of the Holy Land exists on the floor of St. George's Church. Drive southwards via Desert Highway, check in and overnight in Petra. 
 
Day 2: Petra Tour / Amman Airport
Visit the biggest attraction of Jordan. Petra established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area. With your local guide pass the canyon, until you reach the most beautiful monument - the Treasury. Proceeed via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle. In the afternoon, transfer back to Allenby or Amman Airport.

Practical Info
  • You need to arrange the Jordanian visa in advance to enter Jordan through the Allenby Bridge. 
  • Check in time at hotels: 14:00. Check out time at hotels: 12:00 noon.
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and don't forget sun protection.
