08:00 pick up any hotel lobby in Amman, the driver has a sign in your name. Head to Madaba town, popular for Byzantine & Umayyad mosaic art. Best example is the famous 6th century map of Palestine in George's Church. Continue to Mt. Nebo, where you overlook Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea & parts of the Holy Land. Next to the lowest point on earth Dead Sea to experience the unique area, characterized by high annual temperatures, low humidity & highest content of minerals & salts in the water. Back to hotel in Amman.

Tour Duration: about 6 hours

Practical Info

Recommended: comfortable walking shoes, small backpack for bottled water, camera.
For Dead Sea don't forget swimwear, flip flops or water sandals.
