Day 1: Amman Airport / Madaba / Mt Nebo / Dead Sea / Petra Hotel
Meet & greet after you passed the customs. Transfer to Madaba St George Church where you see the famous 6th century mosaic map of Palestine. Then to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed the Holy Land before he died. Drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth where you have free time at the beach and the opportunity to float on water. Transfer to hotel in Petra. 
If you like to be picked up from a location in Amman please note details in our additional notes box during the booking process. 
Suggested Hotels: 3* Sella Hotel, 4* Petra Guest House, 5* Movenpick Resort or similar 
 
Day 2: Petra Tour / Amman Hotel
After breakfast, tour Petra one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. With your local guide enter the site through Siq until you reach the breathtaking Treasury. Pass the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs. The guided tour ends at the restaurant area. Free time to explore on your own, then walk back to the main gate. 3 hrs transfer to Amman Hotel.

Day 3: Amman Hotel / 3 Desert Castles / Amman Hotel
09:00 pick up at the lobby, drive to the eastern Jordanian desert to see three examples of the Desert Castles. Qasr Kharanah, one of the best known then to Qasr Amra with unique fresco paintings representing an early stage of Islamic art. Last to Qasr Azraq, used by T.E Lawrence of Arabia, as his headquarter during the Arab Revolt. Return to hotel in Amman.

Day 4: Amman Hotel / Amman City / Jerash / Amman Airport
After breakfast, drive to downtown Amman to visit the Amphitheater, Jordan Folklore Museum & the Citadel. Transfer to Jerash, the best example of Roman provincial city with spectacular colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum & Artemis Temple. Transfer to QAI Airport for departure.

  • For Dead Sea don't forget swimwear, flip flops or water sandals.

We booked a whistle stop 3 day tour with Booking Jordan . We were initially unsure whether booking with such a company was better than simply arranging our own transport and bookings. In the end we found Booking Jordan to be exceptional. They are hyper organised and our personal guide was simply fantastic. He had a great attention to detail and professionalism whilst maintaining a relaxed atmosphere putting one at ease. I recommend Booking Jordan to anyone looking to explore wonderful Jordan.
