Day 1: Amman Airport / Amman Hotel
Meet & greet after you passed the customs. Transfer to hotel in Amman, rest of the day is free.
 
Day 2: Amman Hotel / Amman City / Jerash / Amman Hotel
Drive to downtown Amman to visit the Amphitheater, Jordan Folklore Museum & the Citadel. Transfer to Jerash, the best example of Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Here you see the spectacular Forum, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum & Artemis Temple. Return to Amman hotel.

Day 3: Amman Hotel / 3 Desert Castles / Dead Sea Hotel
After breakfast, discover the 3 most visited Desert Castles in eastern Jordan. First is Qasr Amra a UNESCO World Heritage Site notable for its zodiac dome and the early examples of Omayyad fresco paintings. Next is the fortress like mysterious Qasr Kharanah & the black basalt Roman/Medieval Islamic fort Qasr Azraq. Transfer to Dead Sea, here you have free time & opportunity to try the unique floating experience, check in & overnight.

Day 4: Dead Sea Hotel / Mt Nebo / Madaba / King’s Way / Karak / Petra Hotel
After breakfast, drive to religious site Mt. Nebo, this place was the alleged burial site of Moses after he gazed the Holy land. Not far away is the town of Madaba, here you visit the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine in St. George's Church. Enjoy the view while driving along the famous ancient caravan route with a short stop in Wadi Mujib with a great wide valley with magnificent geological formation. Continue to Karak to visit the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34. Transfer to Petra for overnight.

Day 5: Petra Tour / Petra Hotel
After breakfast, explore Petra the major attraction of Jordan. Petra was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and founded a commercial empire. You begin the tour on foot or horse back until the entry to the Siq. You walk to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury, from here to the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs & Pharaoh's Castle. Guide says farewell to restaurant area. Free time on your own. Overnight stay in Petra.

Day 6: Petra Hotel / 2 hrs Wadi Rum jeep ride / Aqaba Hotel
After breakfast, transfer southwards to the impressive Wadi Rum desert. Here Bedouins still lives in traditional way. Riding a 4x4 jeep (old vehicle, no A/C) you discover canyons, sand dunes & Nabatean rock inscriptions. Continue to Aqaba for free time to enjoy the Red Sea. Check in & overnight.

Day 7: Aqaba Free Day
Free day to relax & enjoy. Breakfast & overnight at hotel.

I had an excellent tour of Jordan, thanks to the Booking Jordan team for providing professional & enjoyable holidays my top 3 favorites sites - Jerash, Petra & Wadi Rum. Not to miss the relaxing free time at Aqaba Beach. Kudos to Booking Jordan & keep up the good work!

Booked the tour for group of 8 persons, the tour had been great. The arrangement was awesome, the small bus is clean, the tour guide speaks very good English. The hotels are pleasant. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
